All content available on this website, including but not limited to research material, educational content, event information, media assets, and any materials pertaining to Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), is the property of KSF or its authorized contributors unless otherwise indicated. Misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Participation in KSF-hosted events, programs, or initiatives may require prior registration and is subject to approval by KSF. By attending any such event, whether in-person or virtual, participants agree to adhere to a standard of respectful conduct and abide by all applicable event guidelines. KSF reserves the right to remove or deny entry to any individual whose conduct is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the organization’s mission. Events may be photographed, recorded, or live-streamed, and participation constitutes consent to the use of one’s likeness, voice, or contributions in such recordings for documentation, educational, and promotional purposes, unless prior written opt-out notification is submitted to KSF.
Donations made to KSF are final and non-refundable unless made in error and brought to our attention within fourteen (14) days of the transaction. KSF is a tax-exempt entity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donor information is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be sold, traded, or shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by law. KSF retains full discretion over the use and allocation of all funds received to support its mission, including research, education, program delivery, and organizational operations.

Continued use of this website or participation in KSF activities constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
